Anayelle Barkwende Bonkoungou
Anayelle goes to the center with her twin sister Anaya. Her favorite color is pink and her favorite food is beans. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up. In Burkina Faso, life for a child can be difficult. The area has been impacted by AIDS, refugees from surrounding areas, and is a high-risk area for trafficking. Children have many responsibilities at home like carrying water, farming and gardening, and taking care of livestock. For fun, they enjoy playing football (soccer) without shoes, outdoor games like hide-and-seek, and swimming in the river. A sponsor's support helps ensure that your child has nutritious meals at our center.
